S.F. Fort Mason Walking Par Course circa 1979!

This is a new one to me. It starts inside the Fort, up on the hill, on the sidewalk, in front of the Golden Gate National Parks building across from Fort Mason Chapel.
This is a picture from the hill overlooking the lower part of the fort.

This is the overview in front of building 201.

This is the first exercise station in front building 201.
This course is designed for a walking pace. Sounds too simple to be of much use but if you've ever seen someone who has to over exert themselves just to get out of a chair then this is the course for them! You don't want to get to that point. It's a beautiful place to get out and take a structured walk with stretches and purposeful exercises.
